With the hotel being an Autograph Collection, there was nothing to complain about since it had everything for all occasions. Be it casual, romantic, leisure or family, one thing that it is not suit for is event holding venue with its size. The location was not bad as well if you like quietness but close to the center.

I had a pleasant stay at this boutique hotel in the heart of KL. Services are exceptional, special thanks to Aion Chandra for keeping the room clean and tidy. He was extremely accommodating and always checking in to see if I had everything I needed. He is hard working and overall pleasant to deal with. The hotel has a nice rooftop pool with a million dollar view. Breakfast has a decent selection and is offered at the restaurant on the ground floor.

This is a really nice hotel. The room was spacious & airy. The sink is in the bedroom not the bathroom which is unusual but no big deal. The rooftop pool is a lifesaver in the hot KL climate. Breakfast / dining area & choice were excellent. It's a great location as well. Walking distance to the Petronas towers and the city centre. What sets it aside though are the staff. They couldn't have been more courteous & helpful. In particular there were three staff members that were brilliant:- Julius, Borhan and Hui Yii. These are only the names I can remember. Highly recommended!

What an experience from the moment we walked into the reception until we left there. The staff are superb and if you wanted to find a fault you would have to look hard. The hotel close to a train station which makes getting round the city very easy. I would like to thank all the staff for making our stay there special.

We stayed at Hotel Stripes two times on our recent trip. What we liked most about it was the neighbourhood. We would cross the street to eat our breakfast in a small cafe, roti cani with kopi for 2 for 11 rinigit. We tried multiple hawker stalls around the neighbourhood and knew each day we had our super comfortable room with the great coffee machine, comfy couch, ambient lighting and the pool on the roof waiting when we needed a cool down after a hot day walking around KL sightseeing. Staff were super friendly, the hotel was easy to get to by GRAB or public transport, or just walk to Petronas Towers from there! I was very happy with the approachable atmosphere at the hotel. Need more filtered water, just call us. Can't change the tv volume, we'll come show you how to use the remote! Need a map, we have an excellent one right here! (Way better than the one Crown Plaza gave us!) We can't recommend this hotel enough for its modern vibe and above and beyond friendly staff.
